What certifications do restaurant employees legally need in the USA?
Most states require all food service employees to hold a valid Food Handler certificate. Additionally, at least one person per shift (or per establishment) must hold an ANSI-accredited Food Manager certification. Requirements vary by state — we’ll tell you exactly what your location needs.
How many employees can I certify at once with a group plan?

What happens if an employee leaves and I hire new staff?
